What we collect

We collect the account details needed to give you access — your name, email, and the credentials handled by our authentication provider. We do not store your password ourselves.

We collect the figures and files you enter for a valuation: the financials, assumptions, and documents you upload or type in. This is the information Valtx reads and checks to value your company.

How we use it

We use what you provide only to read, check, and value your company, and to build the report you asked for. It is used to run the platform for you — not for anything you did not request.

We do not use your data to train third-party models, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where a service provider processes data on our behalf (for example, hosting), it does so under contract and only to run the platform.

How we protect it

Every user works inside a private, per-user workspace. Your files, figures, and valuations are visible to you and are not placed in a shared pool with other users.

Separation is enforced at the database with row-level security, so a query can only ever return the rows that belong to the signed-in account, even if application code is wrong. The workspace sits behind authenticated sign-in and is not exposed on any public or unauthenticated route.

We intend to host user data in the GCC region, keeping data resident close to where our clients operate (planned). These protections are described in more detail on the Trust and confidentiality page.

Your choices

You can ask about the data held on your account, request a copy, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable data-protection expectations.
